YOUTH CRY funded on September 11, 2009, a for-profit was built to help young people. Mr. Valentine was informed that the state provided income help for person like him that are helping the community; he took the opportunity to expand his help.  Then, he founded Young United  non-profit on August 03, 2011 following the state and city guidelines.
